CENTRIFUGAL CASTING

There are two different types of moulding in the field of centrifugal casting:

On small machine:

Outside diameter: from 80 mm to 190 mm increasing with 10 mm each and between length 100 mm - 230 mm
Minimum inner diameter: 30 mm
Minimum wall thickness: 20 mm

On big machines:

Outside diameter: from 130 mm to 290 mm increasing with 10 mm each and with length 600 mm
Minimum inner diameter: 60 mm
Minimum wall thickness: 20 mm

Outside diameter: from 300 mm to 400 mm increasing with 10 mm each and with length 500 mm
Minimum inner diameter: 60 mm
Minimum wall thickness: 20 mm

We use gas heating and electric induction furnices for metal melting.

Cleaning:

The castings are cleaned in the fettling where the sprues, runners and the feeder are cut off from the castings with plastic discs machines and metal saws. We use grinding machines operated by compressed air and shot blasting machines for delicate cleaning.
